Terms of Service
Full Scope Advisory terms.
Plain-language terms for families working with Movement Consulting LLC. Last updated October 12, 2026.
1. What you receive
Full Scope Advisory includes the following, as listed on the Services page of thesportsmovement.com:
- A 90-minute kickoff session, written strategy, and target-school list, updated as your process evolves
- 10 strategy calls with Monica Holmes
- 4 film evaluations with written report and video
- Review of up to 20 coach outreach emails, with a 48-hour turnaround on business days
- 2 offer and commitment decision calls
- Email access with replies within 2 business days, plus client office hours
Additional evaluations, calls, or reviews beyond this scope can be added for an additional fee. Unused items do not roll over or convert to credit, and the engagement concludes when the scope has been delivered or the athlete makes a commitment, whichever comes first.
2. Fee and payment
The fee is $4,500. You may pay in full at signup, or in 3 payments of $1,500: the first at signup, the second 30 days later, and the third 60 days later. Choosing the 3-payment option is a commitment to the full $4,500, and payments are charged automatically to the card you provide. If a payment fails, Monica may pause services until the balance is resolved.
3. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel in writing before the kickoff session has been delivered, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made, less a $500 administrative fee, and any remaining installments will be cancelled. Once the kickoff session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable and any remaining installments remain due.
4. No guarantees
Movement Consulting provides advice and guidance only. Monica cannot and does not guarantee admission to any college, a roster spot, a scholarship, financial aid, or any offer from a coach. Recruiting decisions belong to coaches, institutions, and your family.
5. Rules and information
NCAA and conference rules differ by sport and division and change often. Guidance is general in nature and based on information available at the time. It is not legal, financial, or admissions advice. Please confirm current rules at ncaa.org and with the institutions you are considering.
6. Family responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and film, and to take an active part in the process. Monica advises; the athlete and family do the outreach, make the decisions, and own the outcomes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the athlete's behalf.
7. Privacy and permissions
Monica keeps your family's information and film private and does not share them without your permission. She will not use your name, your athlete's name, or any results in testimonials or marketing without your written permission.
8. Questions
Questions about these terms can be sent to monica@thesportsmovement.com or by calling (332) 238-5248. The terms in effect when you sign up apply to your engagement.
